Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services (housekeeping) Manager for a 904 bed liscensed facility with multiple services including environmental services, transport, and express services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of environmental services in a health care setting, strong communication skills, and employee relation skills. This manager will supervise approximately 25 hourly employees.

Requirements |
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: None
You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
